  • Yes. When you book I Ginepri, the entire property is exclusively yours. The main house, private barn, swimming pool and all outdoor spaces are reserved for your group only. There are no shared areas and no other guests.

  • The house comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests across the main house and the private barn.

  • Yes. The swimming pool is exclusively for your group throughout your stay.

  • The swimming pool is enclosed on almost its entire perimeter. A short section near the entrance is currently open and will be completed after the current season. If you are travelling with young children, please feel free to contact us for further information.Descrizione articolo

  • Yes. Well-behaved pets are welcome at I Ginepri at no additional charge. We simply ask owners to respect the house, gardens and furnishings so that all guests can enjoy them.

  • Yes. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay during the warmer months.

  • Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and group dinners, including two ovens, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and everything needed for cooking together.

  • Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

  • A car is strongly recommended to make the most of your stay. While shops, restaurants and essential services are only a short drive away, having your own car allows you to explore Lunigiana, the Cinque Terre, the Gulf of Poets, the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan coast comfortably and at your own pace.

  • The nearest supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and other essential services are located in Pallerone, approximately 5 minutes by car from I Ginepri.

  • The Cinque Terre can be reached in approximately 40–50 minutes by train or car, making I Ginepri an excellent base for day trips.

  • Yes. We can help arrange experiences such as private chefs, cooking classes, wine tastings and other local activities during your stay.

  • Yes. I Ginepri is available for weddings and private celebrations, subject to prior approval. A wedding or event fee applies and varies depending on the size and nature of the event. Please contact us to discuss your plans and receive a personalised quotation.

  • Yes. Large gardens, generous indoor and outdoor spaces make I Ginepri an excellent choice for families travelling with children. If you are travelling with very young children, please feel free to contact us with any specific questions about the property.

  • Yes. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels (during the swimming season) are included.

  • Private parking is available within the property.
