SOMETHING NEW IS COOKING
Coming in 2027
We’re transforming the ground floor of our old barn into a new kitchen — a space designed for cooking, sharing and gathering around food.
It will become the heart of our cooking classes, private events and tastings: a place to discover local ingredients, cook together and enjoy the flavours of Lunigiana around the table.
Another little corner of I Ginepri is coming to life.

A LITTLE BAR BY THE POOL
Coming in 2027
Our little wooden pool house is getting a new life.
We’re turning it into a small lounge bar — a relaxed place for a drink by the pool, an aperitivo before dinner, or simply somewhere to linger on a summer afternoon.
Nothing too formal. Just a little more shade, something cold to drink, some music in the background, and another place to enjoy being together.
