The main house
At the heart of I Ginepri is the original stone house, restored with respect for its character and designed to be lived in together.
The kitchen, dining room and living spaces form the centre of everyday life at the house — places to cook, share meals, read, talk or simply spend time together.
Bedrooms are spread throughout the house, offering comfortable private spaces to retreat to at the end of the day.
Original stone walls, wooden beams and fireplaces preserve the character of the house, while modern comforts make longer stays feel easy and relaxed.

The Restored Barn
Set just a few steps from the main house, the restored barn offers a quieter, more independent space while remaining part of the same private home.
Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens towards views of the garden, pool and Apuan Alps. A small mezzanine provides an additional sleeping area, while a private kitchenette makes the barn comfortable for guests who enjoy a little more independence.
The barn is always rented together with the main and is exclusively part of your stay at I Ginepri.

At I Ginepri, life naturally moves outdoors.
