I Ginepro CountryHouse é composta da una casa in sasso (probabilmente era una chiesa) con una grande veranda di 80mq che gode della vista spettacolare delle Alpi Apuane. La casa ha travi in castagno , cinque camere da letto e tre bagni, una grande cucina con piano di marmo, fornello a gas, lavastoviglie, doppio forno. Proseguendo troviamo la dispensa, una prima camera matrimoniale che dà sulla veranda e il bagno. La sala da pranzo ha ancora il camino originale, mentre nel salotto c’è una stufa a legna e una Smart TV. Accanto al salotto c’è la biblioteca, con una varietà di libri in italiano, inglese e tedesco. La veranda é esposta a sud, ha una tavola per 12 ed un’altra per 6, il barbecue e il forno a legna. Al piano superiore della casa principale c’è un bagno all’ammezzato e 4 ampie camere da letto, di cui una ha un grandissimo bagno en-suite con vasca e doccia. Il fienile ha una struttura open-plan, con cucina, stanza principale, bagno con doccia e mezzanino con un altro letto matrimoniale e tetto spiovente. Dalla porta finestra del fienile si gode del panorama della piscina sottostante e delle meravigliose cime delle Alpi Apuane

I Ginepri CountryHouse is a restored stonehouse with a large veranda overlooking the Apuan Alps and its barn sitting across from the main house. The main house with beautiful chestnut beams, has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen with marble worktops, gas hob, dishwasher, double oven, a dining room with its original fireplace, a sitting room with smart TV and wooden stove and a big library. Upstairs there is a bathroom on the landing and four large bedrooms. One of them has a large en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub. The large south-facing veranda has a table for 12 and another one for 6, barbecue and pizza oven. The barn is an open plan with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a sliding roof mezzanine with a further bedroom . From the French window in the barn you face the 11.5x5 salt swimming pool, with sunloungers and sofas, surrounded by a fenced garden. There is a fruit orchard and a slide with swings for children.
